創會宗旨
Making a Difference
由國內數十位各種不同領域的人士本著對於台灣這塊土地的關懷，自我期許為此目標盡一份心。我們相信世界和平必來自於種族間的互相理解，致力於文化及教育方面的交流必能減少誤解的紛爭。”十年樹木、百年樹人”，首先將以推動台灣青少年與國際交流、接軌來提升未來公民的視野，進而發揚、推廣台灣文化特色於國際間。
CEE is a non-profit organization established for the purpose of promoting cultural and educational exchanges between Taiwan and other countries. With more frequent communication among nations, we believe that intercultural competence and capabilities of Taiwanese citizens have a profound influence on the future wellbeing of our country.
CEE involves a team of professionals from various fields in Taiwan who recognize the importance of intercultural understanding and seek to encourage its development through cultural and educational exchanges. Our initiatives will include youth immersion programs and promotion abroad of Taiwanese culture.
本會任務
一、以台灣青少年為對象舉辦多元主題性交流活動，鼓勵青少年極積爭取交流機會，體驗不同風俗文化、增廣見聞。
Promoting cultural exchange and appreciation through international partnerships with educational and academic institutions.
二、透過舉辦不同類型交流活動，與海內外的青少年組織建之聯繫，將交流足跡遍及亞洲、歐洲、美洲、澳洲、紐西蘭及非洲等地；亦能與大陸地區人民建立關係。交流主題涵蓋文化藝術、社會制度和志願工作等。
Establishing an international exchange platform for schools and universities where resources, experience and expertise can be shared.
三、深化國人與國際間文化、教育並促進國際間學術交流合作，以加速國內教育國際化、提昇國人競爭力，促使中華文化與其他文化交流。
Networking with youth development organizations around the globe.
四、幫助國人領略全世界的教育文化，學習國際間頂尖的學術與技能，藉以加速國內教育國際化，提升國人競爭力。
Organizing international youth exchange activities regarding culture and art, society system, and volunteer work.
五、輔導國外人士到國內研習中文、中華文化、教育精神等。
Guiding international students to gain better appreciation of Taiwan’s language, culture, and educational spirits.
六、著手為合作學校搭建多元校際交流平臺、校際互訪，以幫助學校學習國際間頂尖學術、教學經驗與技能，藉以加速國內教育國際化及資源互補，提升國人競爭力。
To set up a multi-school exchange for inter-school exchanges, inter-school visits to help schools to learn the world's top academic, teaching experience and skills to accelerate the internationalization of domestic education and complementary resources to enhance the competitiveness of people.
